Reptiles and Amphibians are all shipped via overnight delivery to your doorstep for a flat $50.99 regardless of how many animals are on your order. For example, if you order one iguana the shipping cost is $50.99, and if you order 100 iguanas the shipping cost is still just $50.99. The quantity, weight, and species of animal is irrelevant.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We charge a flat $50.99 for overnight delivery to your doorstep, regardless of the number of reptiles, amphibians, or inverts you buy. Please read our shipping information page before ordering.
We ship overnight. Most packages arrive by 11:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.
We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Friday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship Tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at sales@reptmarts.com to let us know what day works for you.
SOMEONE MUST BE PRESENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE or our Live arrival guarantee is VOID.

We pack your reptiles in the safest, most efficient way possible. All reptile orders are shipped in a styro-foam lined cardboard box used specifically for shipping reptiles. Depending on weather conditions, we may include an ice pack or heat pack at no charge for the safety of the animals.
If weather conditions are too severe to ship, we will notify you and arrange a future shipping date. This is all done for the safety of the animal!
The health and safety of the animal comes first!

All live animal sells are final and we have a zero return policy once shipped. We do have a live arrival guarantee that applies only to the state of the animal once it arrives at the destination.
Note: All cancelled animal orders will be charged a $20.00 restocking fee regardless of the reason. Fees will be deducted from the refund provided. Why do we charge a cancellation fee? When an order is placed the animal and or goods are reserved and no longer available for sale to other customers. We also incur processing fees and charges when the order is placed that we cannot recover.
Return Shipping
For acceptable dry good(s) returns we will request your order number. Once your order is confirmed you will be sent a return label. You will also be notified of the shipping carrier to tender the package to.
Buyer pays return shipping unless the dry good(s) are deemed defective. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on non defective returns. The restocking fee and return label costs will be deducted from the refund.
Packages returned via “Return to Sender” will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee and our original shipping cost to mail the package.
The time it will take for your return to reach us will vary based on where you are shipping from. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned goods. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment promptly within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@reptmarts.com and we will send you a return label.
